Country music is no longer an import that stays on the edges. It sits in the middle of British listening now, on festival main stages, at the top of playlists, filling arenas that once looked past the genre entirely. Nashville At Heart’s ‘The Wild Things Tour’ arrives in the middle of that shift, and it is the one show built to capture all of it.

A full live band takes on the modern country songs currently topping the charts and sets them alongside the records that opened the door. Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and Lainey Wilson share the evening with the artists that started it all such as Shania Twain and Keith Urban, and the set moves the way a great country night should, from a single voice and an acoustic guitar to a room on its feet with the chorus coming back louder than the band.

This is homage, not imitation. No costume, no impression, no gimmick. Raw Fender guitars and close harmony vocals, played by musicians who understand that these songs earned their place through songwriting rather than spectacle. What the audience hears is the writing that made Nashville a byword for storytelling, performed with the honesty the material demands.

Every festival bill in the country now has a country stage on it somewhere. The Wild Things Tour puts the whole of that story into one night, and sends people home still singing it.
