The Theatre Royal Players bring Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing to life in a vibrant queer reimagining that places identity, attraction, and fluidity at the heart of the story.
As Beatrice and Benedick spar, Claudio and Hero navigate a complex relationship under scrutiny, and Don John quietly stirs trouble, misunderstandings spiral and loyalties are tested. This playful and contemporary production explores the many ways we love, resist, and reveal ourselves to one another - a joyful reclaiming of one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies.
